Progress on the construction of the hydrogen refuelling station

This week, Jan­ne and Chris­toph from our HHLA hydro­gen team, had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to visit Lin­de Hydro­gen Fuel­Tech in Vien­na to take a look at the hydro­gen refuel­ling sta­ti­on, which will soon be deli­ver­ed to our Con­tai­ner Ter­mi­nal Tol­ler­ort in Ham­burg for instal­la­ti­on.
This sta­ti­on ser­ves as the cen­tre­pie­ce of the hydro­gen test field at HHLA Con­tai­ner Ter­mi­nal Tol­ler­ort: It will faci­li­ta­te the refuel­ling of hea­vy-duty equip­ment with hydro­gen.
The test field is mana­ged by the “Clean Port & Logi­stics” inno­va­ti­on clus­ter, in which the part­ners, test hydro­gen-powered equip­ment in port logi­stics to advan­ce the decar­bo­ni­sa­ti­on of hand­ling and trans­port processes.
